Realisation Silent Meditation Retreat in Guatemala

April 10-15, 2025

Location: Casa Floresta, Lake Atitlan, Guatemala

True contemplation comes from silence and leaves one in silence.

5 day Contemplation & Meditation Retreat with Jayaji at Lake Atitlán in Guatemala

Silent contemplation and meditation retreats with Jaya uncovering the non-dual qualities of eternity: Silence, Stillness & Spaciousness.

These meetings are an ongoing exploration and discovery into the nature of awakening and the true meaning of a ‘spiritual’ or contemplative life.

The weekends consist of something like two formal sitting and walking meditation sessions, possible light movement and daily discourse on the teachings followed by a dialogue of questions and answers.

*We will mostly explore methods and teachings from the schools of Buddhism (Mahamudra, Zen, Dzogchen) and Vedanta (Advaita, Yoga, Samkhya) to coalesce the foundation of a concentrated mind with the insight, wisdom and subsequent freedom of knowing itself.

What to Expect in this 5 day Meditation Intensive in Guatemala…

The nature of the retreat is not merely meditation and mindfulness geared at health, well-being or self-improvement; instead, it is aimed directly at awakening to reality as it is and exploring the freedom of ones True Being.

These retreats are also for those who wish to immerse, deepen and train in meditation as a backbone for everyday life, ceremonial grounding and integration. These weekends are suitable for all levels.
